Who is it for?
With young children we explore emotional and behavioural issues largely through play.
Adolescence can be confusing and overwhelming. We work with young adults to understand the explosive changes and challenges facing them.
We help parents, carers and guardians understand their child, supporting them with the emotional challenges and behavioural issues.
We meet and discuss your schools' and organisation's needs. offering up to 5 sessions/day tailored to your requirements.

I have worked in schools since 2008, providing emotional and therapeutic support to children and teenagers from 4 - 18 years.

In the 15 minute consultation we'll explore how we work together.
Followed by a 3 session assessment phase which enables us to focus on the psychological root of emotional suffering, exploring and reflecting on problematic relationships and patterns.
