We help parents, carers and guardians understand their child, supporting with emotional and behavioural difficulties to strengthen family relationships.

I have worked in schools since 2008, providing emotional and therapeutic support to children and teenagers from 4 - 18 years.

EMDR Practitioner - qualified to work with children and adults.

In the 15 minute consultation we'll explore how we work together.
Followed by a 3 session assessment phase which enables us to focus on the psychological root of emotional suffering, exploring and reflecting on problematic relationships and patterns.
